HALIFAX, Feb. 19, 2016 /CNW/ - Jazz Aviation LP ('Jazz'), a subsidiary of Chorus Aviation Inc., announced today that its Technical Services division, represented by Unifor, have ratified their tentative agreement reached on January 28, 2016. Unifor represents approximately 820 maintenance and engineering employees at Jazz.

The new collective agreement provides long-term labour stability to 2025, productivity enhancements and a transition to competitive labour costs.

Under the Jazz brand, the airline offers charters throughout North America with a dedicated fleet of four Bombardier aircraft for corporate clients, governments, special interest groups and individuals seeking more convenience. Jazz also has the ability to offer airline operators services such as ground handling, dispatching, flight load planning, training and consulting.
